Scrumptious PB & Banana Bars

Let me just say for one that I love granola bars! They are jam-packed with protein and fiber, and so simple to make. If you love peanut butter and banana bread, this is the combination for you!
The amazing thing is that it only requires a few, natural ingredients:
  1. Bananas
  2. Peanut butter
  3. Honey
  4. Granola
  5. Oats
  6. A touch of vanilla
But, like in the recipe I’m about to share, you can add some other things in them as well. What I like to do is add some raisins or goji berries. And if you’re feeling like you want a sweet treat, you can add some chocolate chips into the mixture. YUM!
These are just like the granola bars you get from the store, but have the texture of banana bread. What you can do with this mixture is cut them into bars or squares, that’s your choice. Eat them out of the oven or freeze them for an on-the-go snack.
