Red, White and Blueberry Delight

When it comes to this holiday, what really screams at me is dessert.  And let’s face it, the best kind out there is no-bake. We’ve been making this dessert for years, and let me tell you, it’s still one of my favorites!

With only five organic ingredients, you will make this year-round. You got a crunchy peanut butter crust, a cool vanilla center, and some fresh strawberries and blueberries. Yes please!
And the best part is that it’s so simple yet so delicious!

Red, White, and Blueberry Delight
Ingredients
  1. 4 cups rice cereal
  2. 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  3. 1/2 gallon organic vanilla ice cream
  4. 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Place rice cereal into a large bowl. Melt your peanut butter to a more liquid form.
  2. Add honey and stir into the rice cereal until well incorporated
  3. Press your cereal mixture into an 8x8 glass baking dish.
  4. Place in the freezer for twenty minutes
  5. Melt your ice cream into a softer form. Spread evenly on the cooled crust.
  6. Cover and place back in the freezer for 8 hours to overnight.
  7. When you are ready to serve, top with the fresh berries. Serve immediately
  8. Enjoy!
