Chocolate Banana Bombs

I am making these amazing chocolate banana bombs. Why are they bombs? Because they are an explosion of goodness in your mouth!
This recipe contains a few of my favorite things. I love bananas, and who doesn’t like chocolate? Come on, you know you do! And if so, this is the recipe for you! It’s a frozen, cool treat for those hot summer days, and your friends and family will love them! And with only a few ingredient required, it would be crazy not to give them a try!

  1. Slice your bananas into thick slices.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate down. Add melted coconut oil and stir until incorporated.
  3. Use a fork to dip each banana slice into the chocolate. Be sure to coat each one thoroughly.
  4. Place the banana slices on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

  7. This recipe makes four dozen, so feel free to cut the recipe in half.
