Chocolate Banana Bombs
I am making these amazing chocolate banana bombs. Why are they bombs? Because they are an explosion of goodness in your mouth!
This recipe contains a few of my favorite things. I love bananas, and who doesn’t like chocolate? Come on, you know you do! And if so, this is the recipe for you! It’s a frozen, cool treat for those hot summer days, and your friends and family will love them! And with only a few ingredient required, it would be crazy not to give them a try!
Chocolate Banana Bombs
Ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas
- 12 oz chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
- 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil
- toppings of choice
Instructions
- Slice your bananas into thick slices.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate down. Add melted coconut oil and stir until incorporated.
- Use a fork to dip each banana slice into the chocolate. Be sure to coat each one thoroughly.
- Place the banana slices on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with the toppings of choice.
- Place in the freezer to firm for one hour or until chocolate hardens.
- This recipe makes four dozen, so feel free to cut the recipe in half.
