Chances are you love to snack (come on, you know you do). I mean, who doesn't? And if you say "no" to that, you're probably not human. Even if you snack maybe once a day, it's always a good idea to go for something healthy. But sometimes the best things to snack on can come from something other than a bag or box. That's why today, I'm gonna share with you one my favorite ways to curb the cravings for a crunchy snack. And that recipe is none other than Brussel Sprout Chips! I never thought I would come across a veggie recipes that would combat my love for kale chips. If there's something that anyone needs to know about me, it's that nothing can ever come across me and my kale. Romanesco: What It Is and How to Make It

Today I'm going to be telling you guys about a very unique vegetable that some of you might not know about. And that vegetable is romanesco! Now if some of you are asking "what in the world is that?", I'm going to give you a quick run-down of what it is and why I love it. I just gotta get the word out on how awesome this stuff is! What Is Romanesco? If you were to take a head of broccoli and decorate it with a beautiful pattern of spirals, then you get an idea of what it looks like. Romanesco is a plant that is from the cauliflower family. Not only does it taste great when incorporated into a dish, but it's just such a beautiful vegetable. I mean, just look at the pattern on it! That's truly a gift from Mother Nature! The taste of it is very similar to traditional cauliflower with a bit of an earthier kick to it.
